Is there a workflow owner, training plan, monitoring process, and review date?

Start with workflow clarity and human oversight. AI on an unclear process just moves the mess faster.
Needs preparation
The opportunity is real, but a few gaps (oversight, integration, or metrics) should be closed before you deploy.
Strong AI candidate
